Our Story

Quirky Works began during one of the most challenging chapters of our lives.

For two years, we cared for Mum at home during her palliative care journey. After she passed away, we wanted to create something truly personal to remember her. We laser engraved her details on the back of butterfly coasters giving one to every person who attended her funeral.

That project taught us something we’ll never forget: a handcrafted item can carry memories, tell a story and mean far more than just the material it’s made from.

Those butterfly keepsakes became more than a memorial—they became the inspiration behind Quirky Works and the values we build every project on today.
